Clicked on a link above that took me to an RV park that does not allow campfires. Most RV parks that I am familiar with do not allow campfires. But the campgrounds that we frequent, like Forest Service and State campgrounds do allow them and yes, campfires are definitely part of the camping experience. We can sit around the campfire for hours. Have been doing this for my entire life.
