Lots of missing details from your story and it sounds unfortunate that happened. But if I can summarize, they hooked up the dolly with the wrong hitch and height, tried to tow your car and damaged it in the process? What type of car? What's the proper procedure for towing it? If the rear wheels were dragging, are you sure your car can be towed? What are the "13 chassis error codes"? Not sure how to offer advice. If all the above is true, then the dealership messed up your car and needs to fix it. Sounds like it requires an attorney and a mechanic to detail the issues and why they were caused as evidence to support your claim. The rest about the time it took and moving your pets is all just noise and distraction from the issue. Taking delivery of a new RV is a time-consuming process and should be planned for accordingly.
