My heart just broke at first when I read that the puppies would be put down. I am so glad that one of your foster homes can take them in! I hope they grow up healthy and find wonderful homes. Our Max was one of 7 puppies dumped by the side of the road in a box when he was 4-5 weeks old. How people can be so heartless I will never know.
