? about Arizona route 95 north from Quartzsite

What is Az state route 95 like from Quartzsite to I 40 above Lake Havasu City? Eventually, we're going to Las Vegas. Or would it be easier crossing into California and pick up US95 north to Vegas? ...

We took CA side to Needles then across bridge and up to Bullhead, stayed in Laughlin, then on Nevada side north to Vegas. They have done some work on the Ca side so the road is pretty good. Not sure you will miss much going up CA side except traffic in small towns.
