That's a good point on the insurance Gene and Moisheh. So I would take the 10 year paperwork into the "KM21" type place (we're crossing near Monterrey) and apply for a new one there along with the TOAD and our visas. Assume they would scrape the old 10 year decal when they put the new one on. That sounds like a safe plan assuming I can get a new title by then. Should be no problem since we have until 1st week of Feb before we leave NC and it only takes 1-2 weeks in NC. I get the registration immediately and that's all I showed last time.
