2-3 Day Trip into Canada

We're looking at doing some sightseeing in Canada for 2-3 days (next week or so), somewhere north of Spokane or Coeur d'Alene (maybe crossing at Laurier, Frontier, or Nelway). We're traveling in a truck cabover camper. Not looking to drive much more than 200-300 miles or so while we're in Canada. Can anyone recommend a scenic route, must see place, or RV park (or two) to check out while we're in this area? Thank you!

That just seems like a long drive from the southwest for 2 - 3 days in Canada. Just my $.03.

Yes, if Canada was our primary destination, I would agree with you. However, this trip to Canada is just a short, last minute detour we're considering during our leisurely trip through the US NW. A bit of icing on the cake so-to-speak :)

  • Take a drive up to Radium Hot Springs. The Springs aren't very exciting, just a big heated swimming pool. But the road and surrounding landscape was very nice in my opinion.
