2013 and 2014 Emissions System Using Mexican Diesel

Today is the last day of summer, and fairly soon a bunch of "Snowbirds" will start heading for their winter destinations, including Mexico. I've posted a ton of information about using Mexican dies...

I figured it was, Although I don't any stations woudl bother changing their signs even if they had UBA.
