Visiting wifes family this summer. Puliing our 5th wheel. Just wondering how is the route. Best I can remember it is not too bad. Thanks.

220 is a great road. You shouldn't have any problems. I've driven it in an 18 wheeler and it was an enjoyable drive. The scenery is great and you might get to see some freight trains. There really isn't anything in between Fincastle and Clifton Forge so don't expect to stop for fuel or food in that stretch.
