There are 2 curvy portions. One is near Nevada, crossing Gilbert Pass. Then it crosses the Deep Springs basin. Then it climbs a bit to the White Mtn Rd turn off, and then follows a stream to the US395.
This is the curvy part that dips as it crosses the dry creek bed. I don't recall a single lane section, but it probably is on one of the crossings. The dips are not signed, but a single lane section will be. If you watch your speed and keep your eyes on the road, you shouldn't have problems.
Just imagine driving to some farm around Emery.

It's indicative of the light traffic on this road that they only have diamond warning signs, not stop signs and/or signals. There's an earlier sign "road narrows watch for opposing traffic".
