true, there are no plugs. you need the RV plugs for the pedestal and the one to plug into the rv line. you also need the inserts that hold and protect the wire going and exiting the box. and you require enough 30 amp cable to get where your mounting the box and still be able to get to the pedestal. inside the box there are holes with screws to secure incoming and outgoing hots and neutrals;there is a common ground.
Yes, there is a reset button on the 50/1 eco wise too. I pushed it and shut off the power to the motorhome. It took at least 2 minutes to sort itself out (shuffling noises) before the power came back on. The reset button is wired into a circuit board.
