Waaaay too much driving and you'll see virtually nothing. For instance, one night in Yosemite after a cable car ride and driving the Golden Gate Bridge? Remember, in the parks you'll often find speed limits of 35 MPH (or less with traffic).
Or day 7:
•Forney Museum of Transportation
•16th Street Outdoor Mall
•Denver Nightlife District
•Drive up (Denver to 4 corners is eight hours of non-stop driving.)
My recommendation: Head straight to Denver from NY. West to Yosemite, then to the coast. Complete your loop from there. Still waaaay too much, but at least doable. Your itinerary is more like a rushed three month trip.
