No one who loves Liberty and freedom would want that. A lot of Americans no longer know what those words mean. It's no wonder our nation is in political upheaval.

I would be OK with such a system if it could be turned on-off. Especially if it was connected to the GPS and cruise control. Such a system should exempt you from a speeding citation in normal conditions.

Liberty and freedom is great until it affects someone else's liberty and freedom.
