40 Kingman to Williams ?
Has anybody been over this strech of 40 lately? Has it been inproved yet? Was real bad so was going old 66 from Kingman to Ash fork to avoid it.

Just went through there on Wednesday. It's rough. It appears the winter was rough on the highway.
