414 from Seneca Falls NY to Watkins Glen NY
Is this a good road to take a 5er on in either direction? Have always used 14 from Geneva to WG, but was wondering about this route as we may meet up w/ some friends in SF as they would be coming from...

I've driven it from Lodi, NY to Watkins Glen, not bad a little twisty near the Glen.
Wagner's winery is near Lodi, a good place to eat and has wine tasting and tour.
Sampson SP (which has camp sites) is also not far from there. It was an army base and induction center during WWII, with a museum and registration database of those who went thru the site.
