I was expecting something more along the lines of various vids and articles about roads in India, Brazil, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, etc. that are a challenge by western standards but are driven regularly by the locals.
As far as difficult roads in the USA more aligned with the ones noted above, I'd say Mosquito Pass Rd outside of Fairplay CO is a very challenging road, not for the faint of heart or folks with dizziness disorders.
