5 Dangerous Road Trips in the USA

The mention of Ice Road Truckers kind of flavours the whole post. Those guys are so ridiculous it makes me and others who have trucked in those conditions laugh. The same goes for the TV show Highway though Hell. The Coquihalla Highway in BC. I worked there hauling logs out of there when they built it in 1985ish.
Several winters after that we hauled logs across it daily without incident in all kinds of weather. The new drivers of this day can't do it without catastrophe for the tv crews.
