I don't understand why people are so sensitive and overly defensive whenever anything that reflects negatively on Mexico is posted. It sorta reminds me of American "america-is-the-best" savants who can't seem to handle facts that might prove otherwise or provide information that provides a more balanced perspective.Personally, I love it when people bad mouth California because, hopefully, it discourages people from coming to CA and therefore leaves more space and camping opportunities for those of us who live here.

Ah, but Mexico is in the position that, with so few people coming down, we are losing our RV parks. That hurts.I agree with you about California. The map was VERY old-2008.

For proof of this, reference the U.S.A.'s ongoing (and lost) 1970's "War on Drugs", or it's (also lost) "War on Poverty".

Take your issues up with them, not me.Since I full time in Canada, I'm unlike to make an 8400 kilometer trip to visit Mexico. We live on the other Silver Strand, the surfing beach in Ventura County. We are there about 7 months a year, and traveling the rest of the time.
