Historically the state of Guerrero has been a bad place to go visit, in olden days Acapulco was neutral ground for the narcos, today no there is to much turf war going on in Acapulco, the tourist spots of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa are the exceptions, as we have stated before the narcos do not want to mess with the turistas, it is bad for business remember they are in the export and import business, they export drugs and import dollars.
