I made a typo and corrected it now.

I don't know enough about Canyonlands to know if I'm considering the Needles. I need to look at it closer.

If Needles is a drive through, that sounds like a plan. That is a short days drive to Mesa Verde and all we're doing there is the main cliff dwellings the next day.
