Ridgeway to Black Canyon campground - 34 miles
Capitol Reef to Arches via 24 to I-70 to 191 - 160 miles
Capitol Reef to Arches via 24 to 95 if you want to include Natural Bridges Nat'l Monument like you planned (a pretty campground and fun hiking using ladders) to 191 north to Arches - 261 miles. . . but then you plan on Mesa Verde after Arches so perhaps take the shorter I-70 route to Arches and after Arches stay in Monticello or Blanding at a private park for some electric and laundry for a change (or the Needles or Natural Bridges campgrounds if you can get in - not sure on reservations?) Then continue to Mesa Verde via 491. Lots of choices to make!
