I usually do not recommend Trail Ridge for RVers and others not used to mountain driving but I think your rig - if as pictured - would be fine. As long as your brakes are good, you downshift coming down, you are comfortable with unprotected dropoffs, and you are aware you will have some blind hairpin turns on the west side.
We lived in Estes 8 years and spent many hours hiking nearly every trail in Rocky many times.
