Mountain City, Ga (US441 near Clayton, Ga)
terminates at Black Rock Mtn State Park
Not rough or pot holes. But, VERY steep with VERY narrow curves. Impossible in even a PU truck not to cross into the other lane headed up the mountain. road is restricted to small campers.
