And being from ND, I'm sure you're looking at the weather chaos back east and asking yourself what all the fuss is about. It's just a matter of what you're use to. Ever since the blizzard of '78, people around here have gone nuts the day before a big snow storm buying everything in the stores. Just one of your normal snow storms would send most easterners over the edge. Everything's relative. It also doesn't help that the "used to be weather" channel hypes up every snowflake.
