Next look up Flattest Route. The highest place in all of Florida is 50'MSL. There are places in this country where that is not even considered a hill.

That's wrong not that the actual values is all that much higher:
"Britton Hill is the highest natural point in the state of Florida, USA, with a summit elevation of 345 feet (105 m) above mean sea level. Britton Hill is the lowest state highpoint in the United States,"

And yes it's supposedly not even a noticeable hill.
