Maybe the tubing in Pagosa Springs would be more to their liking? Maybe warmer too?
So as far as the mountain biking, I'm thinking of going to Purgatory, since it looks decent and still stuff for the kids to do while I'm riding. What's the scoop on Telluride? looks like fun, maybe I can hit that one day. (4runnerguy, your expertise??)
One last thing, in Albuqurque or Santa Fe, I was thinking I could possibly get the wife to drive me up the mountain, like at Sandia, and I could ride down a bit. I was looking at doing 10k, which looks like my kind of thing, but I can't figure out where she would meet me to pick me up. Does anyone have any suggestions for this type of ride? I wish they allowed bikes on the tram...
