A question about the jeep rental...should I rent in Silverton? Is that where most of the routes are going to be? And would a half day rental be worth it? I found a half day (1pm to 630pm) but not sure how long I'll spend on the trail, or how long to get to it. I was afraid a full day may be too much bouncing around for the kids. Not that I'll complain!
