Co-worker made a three or four week trip out west. Went to the Black Hills and then worked south to Rock Mtn NP, then Mount Evans, then Gunnison, finally down to Durango. They had a Dodge 3500 diesel and a 30 ft Avion Travel Trailer. He blew one trailer tire going down to Durango, installed his spare and got it replaced in Durango. After he got home he found scary defects in the other three, and ended up replacing them. He now has all Carlisle Radial Trail HD.
The moral of this story is if your tires are of any age at all, or have anything questionable wrong with them, replace them all, and carry at least one, if not two good spares. You have a huge trailer to be wagging around and with six tires, there is a good chance of blowing one or two on that long of a trip in the summer heat.
Same goes for your tow vehicle tires.
