We just drove from Idaho to Alaska via Lake Louise, the Cassiar, the AlCan and on home in the Anchorage area. Fuel was available throughout and expensive I never let the tank run lower than 1/4 and that was a concious decision based on proximity to a larger settlement. All roads were rough especially the Cassiar. We boondocked through Canada as all RV camps were closed.
Credit cards were accepted but be prepared for the adjustment from American to Canadian when your bill comes.
