With two weeks and your motion sickness limitation, definitely a week in Denali and a week on the Kenai. See Homer, Ninilchik, Cooper Landing, Kenai Lake..spend a day or two in each. Drive to Valdez if you have the time, but it's a day there and a day back. There are so many places to see in Alaska but if you have to pick a couple those are the ones. But if you are driving up there don't neglect northern BC and the Yukon, all the north country is beautiful.
