ALCAN Highway
It has been about 10 years since we have traveled the Alcan. Anyone that drove it this summer, is it still basically a mess? Ten years ago it was a nightmare with road work etc. How is it now?

Just returned from the trip up the Alaska highway. ditto the Destruction Bay north area wasn't as bad returning as going up. Take your time, if your in a hurry don't do it. We were in a 40 MH with a tow, no flat tires no broken windows just some chips. Not as bad as some people report. The trip was amazing.
Note the Cassiar was probably the worst road we were on.
