Trackrig, there is no paperwork to present, as I understand the Memorandum. I guess I am required to declare I have ammo in the vehicle. And the reason I'm transporting ammo and no firearms is because we are moving and the moving company will ship firearms but no ammo.
I will be driving an SUV, not an RV so if they search it, no real problem to me. I actually expect they WILL search it. No sweat. Why would that be "opening a can of grief"?
I just want to be sure the Memo applies to me and what I'm doing.
