I'll be driving my MH with toad through northern LA on the 210 west bound to the 5 north. Are MH's required to use the Truck Lane for his transition? I would assume so since I'm driving a truck chas...

Take the 210. Avoid the workers going to work in the morning between 7 to 10 am and the workers going home from 4 to 7 PM. Barring any accidents your drive time should be the normal time line depending how fast you drive.
