The sticker will go in the MH. They will automatically charge the extra amount for the car being towed. If you're going to drive the car by itself on the turnpike you would need another sticker. Don't attach that sticker to the windshield. If you do then you'll be charged twice when towing the car. Remove the sticker from the car when towing and stash it away, wrapped in aluminum foil wouldn't hurt.
