Hate to be a wet blanket, but sure looks photoshopped. Can't see a seal climbing up to the balcony, unless the reward was a LOT of fish!

Of course, then we get into whether the lady had had enough Tequila to overcome the "seal breath". Sorry, that alone would take a LOT of Tequila!

Never question why Mexicans think gringos are crazy. Heck of a picture, Even if the cute seal bites your half your face off you can always write about it.

That's one of the main reasons I love Mexico - not kissing seals, but the general lack of fear of lawsuits. You're accountable for your decisions. In many ways I feel more free in Mexico than I do home in the US.
