Any year long campgrounds near Hamilton ontario?

I took a new job there and once this covid-19 stuff is over I will have to move there, but until I know for sure I would rather camp out. Is there any campgrounds that are year-round near Hamilton or ...

I understand that the sewer works at the individual sites.
