CBP is -extremely- sensitive about declaring anabolic steroids when a person carrying them enters the US. For more than just a few doses the answer will be no. Anabolic steroids cannot be mailed, FedEx'd or UPS'd into the US. US Customs will seize it as contraband. To not declare an anabolic steroid as US Customs invites a thousand dollar first time "Administrative Fine" a threat of arrest and permanent listing of car and passport as a class three violator on the US Customs Tech 2 computer database.
Hate to pass on the sad news, but the alternative is for you to learn it all in the school of hard knocks.
