anyone ever have an issue with not returning tourist cards?

We crossed back at Tecate this year which is not our normal crossing. We had our tourist cards in our passports and were intending to mail them in. However they are missing. I can only think the uS bo...

There are several border crossings where there is no visible spot to turn in your visitors visa. Also even when turning it in you have to ask some of them to actually stamp your passport. The system is getting better but is still not perfect. I keep my old FMM and if I am asked would give it over.
