We've used our OHIP card in Goose Bay Labrador, Quebec, Erickson Manitoba and Whistler BC over the years, both at doctor's offices and hospitals.
The card was accepted (no extra funds needed) everywhere but Quebec where we paid and were reimbursed 100% by OHIP
