It gets later each year, I submitted mine in april, just got notice today the check is in the mail.

It took them 12 Weeks to process ours and I Hand Delivered the Documentation to the Head Office in North Vancouver!
It was closer to 15 Weeks before the Cheque arrived!
I’m actually surprised that yours is so slow since I think they sort them Alphabetically and start each day at the letter A!
