Are we too long to enter Canada?

I found the Canadian officials at the border crossings very business like but not arrogant, the 2 of 3 US customs that we went through were a challenge! They were rather " a pain". But I expect that, and adjust my attitude accordly, smile, answer there questions, offer nothing but what they ask for.
I have nothing to hide so I fear them not!
