I just came back from Ontario at Port Huron/Sarnia crossing 2 weeks ago. When I got to the US side there was no one in line. I mentioned that I usually got my passport out while waiting in line. He said he got rid of all of them for you so you wouldn't have to wait. When he asked what I was bringing back I said a couple boxes of cookies. He asked what I spent in Canada and I said I just sponged off relatives. He laughed and sent me on my way, I have never had a crabby agent in either direction and I go a few times a year since most of my relatives are in Canada
