Arizona - easiest place to return vehicle permit?

We acquired a ten year RV permit in Dec. 2005. We are traveling to New Mexico & Arizona this month and thought it would be best to turn it in now. I'll just drive over and back - this is all I will...

He is correct about the passport number. Here is a link to a site that will show what is on your passport number: https://portalsat.plataforma.sat.gob.mx/aduanas_cpitv_internet/index.aspx

If you enter at Lukeville/Sonoyita, it's a LONG way to the place south of Caborca where you turn in your permit.
