Arizona - easiest place to return vehicle permit?

We acquired a ten year RV permit in Dec. 2005. We are traveling to New Mexico & Arizona this month and thought it would be best to turn it in now. I'll just drive over and back - this is all I will...

Nogales is the easiest ,yes the 21 Km drive is necessary but once there it is easy to swing around and head back North!
Forget about Lukeville ,just too far down to Caborca!

OR

Like others have told You the Passport number used to obtain that permit is not the same as the one that You now are using!

You can go on line and attempt to obtain a new TIP on Your New Passport . if You obtain a Pre Clearance that means that You should be good to go!

Just chuck that Old Hologram in the nearest dumpster!
