So, when I acquired the sticker, it was right across the bridge in Matamoros. Previously I had bought one year stickers -and returned them - right at the bridge in Nuevo Laredo and Laredo/Columbia. I haven't returned one since 2004.
Are you all saying that now the sticker cannot be returned at the actual border, but only at the secondary interior border point, typically about 20 km. south of the US/Mexico border?
I may be near the border at Brownsville or McAllen as well, and am considering that as a return point .
