Frank: Your previous stickers were 6 months not one year. I assume your van has a 10 year RV permit. It can only be returned at a border point with a Banjerecito. I cannot speak for the other border points but in Nogales that means going to "km21". You need current information on other border points. Mexico recently closed some as they were redundant. Not turning in vehicle permits can result in fines or losing the ability to obtain any car permits. Traveling to any foreign country requires one to follow the rules or suffer the consequences.
