Arizona road south of Ehrenberg

Question

Planning to drive South from Ehrenberg, AZ to the Cibola Wildlife Refuge area to do some boondocking. As the crow flies, Oxbow lake looks really close to Cibola so is there a road that goes from Cibola to HWY 78 to get me to Oxbow lake?

Thanks for the good BLM map. Best that I can figure is that I will need to retreat from Cibola back up to I-10 then south on Hwy 78.
