Around or Through Dayton and Indianapolis?
Trip planner has us going through Dayton coming in from 35 to I75N to pick up I70. Thoughts? It also has us staying on I70 though Indianapolis. Does it make better sense to take I465 around the Sout...

I live just east of Dayton off US35. I just go 35-75-70. Even at ruch hour the traffic won't be too bad. You can tune into AM1290/FM95.7 for traffic reports. The cover the route all the way to the state line.
At Indy, there will be signs before the beltway fork telling you the travel time for 70 vs 465. They are usually within 2 minutes of each other. 70 requires some lane changes at the 65 interchanges and the road on 465 is usually a little rougher.
