Around San Franciso Bay

Looking to go around the bay to avoid traffic Trying to avoid 580 Bridge over to Oakland I am looking at 101 to 116 East, 37 to I80, I680 back to 101 Is the 116 and 37 OK for a 36ft MH towing ?
