  • Miramichi police say an officer spotted the couch, being towed behind an ATV, at 3:19 a.m. Thursday in the drive-thru.

MOM always warned me "Nothing GOOD happens after Midnight" :R

And their buddy driving the ATV...what a true friend :S

Cpl. Lorri McEachern says the driver of the four wheeler took off after the officer turned on the lights atop his cruiser, stranding the two “intoxicated” men outside the restaurant.

I'm positive at some point prior to this ONE of them said "Here, hold my beer!"
  • Excuse me, but I want the license plate numbers off that couch and that ATV.

To get to the Mickey Dee's drive-thru, they would have had to be on the highway/street, which would require the "vehicles" to be licensed, I'm sure.

Other than that, hey, they were indeed wearing helmets. What could possibly go wrong?
  • Me neither.
It's "illegal to tow a couch through a drive through"? Show me the law.
  • No problem that I can see. They weren't driving, innocent passengers here, just looking for a burger an a coffee. Maybe it's illegal to hitch a ride behind a 4-wheeler?
  • But they were wearing helmets! I'm not seeing the problem here....
