Ashland Oregon

Heading out this afternoon, from the Seattle area. Straight shot to Ashland, see a play Saturday night, then back home on Sunday. No reservations, but several campgrounds still open in the area. First time at the OSF! Looking forward to at least one meal at Burgerville! We don't care about the rain or the traffic, just glad to be out on the road.

    Instead of Burgerville, I suggest you stop in Medford and feast on an In-N-Out burger.

    In-out- burger is new to Oregon and in Medford and we have been their two times and to Wayback burgers and they both are so-so , their are better home town burger places in Medford.
    Barneys on Riverside and Jasper's on old Hwy.99 north of Medford.

    Jaspers Burgers in Central Point is the best burger we have ever had, in many States.

    Comparing In-N-Out burger to a real burger joint like Tommy's in Los Angeles area, or Jaspers, is like comparing a Newmar Essex to a Winnebago Journey, with very little price difference. No offense intended.

    Saw that, was a back up in case we couldn't get a spot at Emigrant Lake. Was a great trip. Wife was iffy on this OSF thing but game....and we are now planning the return for 2017.

    We usually hit the one at Centralia/Chehalis. Is a special treat, and then just regular food the rest of the trip.
